Awesome ist ein echt schönes aquarium !
ReplyDeletePut in the plants and give them time to start growing. When they're taking roots and the water quality has become perfect, you can put in the fish.
ReplyDeleteGreat video, ive just set up a tank very small and now im letting the filter run for about a week, can i then buy plants etc and put the fish in straight after
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!
ReplyDeleteIt has been set up as a coldwater tank at 12 May 2006. The main setup with the wood and stones is mainly the same since then, but the plants sometimes change. I've got more and bigger grown plants in summer (because of the water temperature) then in winter.
Lovely fish tank!!!! Really well planted, Keep up the good work!!!
ReplyDeleteHow long has the tank been set up?
Thanks a lot!
ReplyDeleteI rebuild the construction a few month ago to reduce the very strong flow. Before that, he flow came out under the surface on the left side and pushed a lot of my plants to the right side. Now, the flow comes out on the bottom on the right back side of the tank (you can see some moving vallisneria in the background). There's still an agitation on the top of the water, but it's not good to see in the video.
ReplyDeleteThank you. And yes, I've a filtration. It's an "EHEIM Powerline 2252" (pump with filter) with a delivery rate of 1200 l/h. It's in the left back corner of the tank, behind the vallisneria.
ReplyDeleteVery nice tank, what kind of filtration do you have,i dont see much agitation on the top of the water,do you have any air pump?Nice work.
