ReplyDeletewhat coral model replicas are you using for this 120 gallon aquarium..i have been looking for these replicas on your website but i can not find them ... i would really apreciate it if you can respond ...thank you in advanced
ReplyDeleteagree. I don't like damsels
ReplyDelete1 snail per 10 gallon of water, the reason is that FOWLR tank uses dim lighting comparing to reef tank. the algae growth is limited, snails might be out of food. thanks
ReplyDeleteclownfish and chromis but dont ever put damsels in your tank they kill and are physically impossible to catch
ReplyDeleteI would actually do 3 snails and a hermit crab per 10 gallons of water
ReplyDeleteto clean fake corals: 1) use soft brush and warm water 2) bleach (please watch our bleaching video to show you how to do it safely) 3) keep dim lighting to discourage algae 4) keep marine snails at rate: 1 snail to 10 gallon water. Thanks
ReplyDeleteWhat is the best way to clean algae from the fake corals. I current have a fish only tank. Thought about upgrading my lighting and converting to a reef tank. This seems easier than a real reef though.
ReplyDeleteFish-Only Tanks and Reef tanks are two different systems. Artificial coral reefs can be good choices if you like to keep Large angelfish, butterfly fish or other "Non Reef Safe" fish. I like real reef tank as well, thank you for your comment.
ReplyDeleteyes that may be nice but theres nothing like a real coral reef tank. I have one
ReplyDeleteA fish-only saltwater tank is easier than a reef tank. I'd say google "saltwater tank" to find more info? a lot marine fishes are hardy. thank you
ReplyDeleteHow easy is it to maintain a saltwater tank? I currently have a freshwater which i was thinking of converting. What type of saltwater fish are hardy for beginners?
ReplyDeleteI like to use "live crushed coral", it is easier to maintain. thank you
ReplyDeleteDo you reccomend a live sand bed?
ReplyDeleteIf you are going FAKE and can't handle the work required for a full coral/fish tank, then this is a good one
ReplyDeleteSorry, we don't ship internationally at this time, due to high shipping cost. Thank you
