  3. Thanx.... Well, you know what they say about wionterfishing: "I'll be realy glad when I have enough of this." Luckily for me, this year I did have enough otherwise I would have been fishing the river at -10C !! Knowing the fish there, I'd have probaly caught some bream, nevertheless.....

  11. Was in two minds about hitting the River Severn in Mid Wales tomorrow (very cold here)--this has encouraged me to get out in search of grayling, pike and chub. Nicely edited video. Got a couple of vids on yotube just learning how to use the camera and editing.

  20. @fenderred1 My border terrier "Brutus" too! But he didn't fancy sitting in - 4C for a day..... odd isn;t it? :O) Well, he's 13, he can stay at our warm home...
Winter fishing is extra nice cause I'm happy with any catch. Where as in summer I suddenly have al wishes and 'demands'. F.e. tench :O)

  21. @joemcelhill No one blanks at this river... :O) Even the kingfisher survived another long winter! Cant beat the force of nature. Bagging it up however is not that easy on this water. The swim usealy dies after 4 or 5 fish: The Law of Four, I call it. Can be frustrating, but I'm working on a 'solution'.

  22. @DutchFishingDuo Jep.
