LA Fishguys, Aquarium Repair and Polish, Episode 105 pt1, One Step Forward






A former aquarium service customer wants to set his tank up again in episode 105 of LA Fishguys with Jim Stime of Aquarium Design in Thousand Oaks CALIF., and Cande who polish the scratches out of the this large In-Wall 250 gallon tank.

    Ive tried Jewellers rouge and a cheap windscreen scratch removal kit from eBay. They're okay for tiny ones. but if you can feel it with your finger nail, instead of just seeing it. Its a job for a professional scratch remover.

    hey T, buy a new glass tank would be my suggestion. it will be alot lease expensive and both will require complete dismantling. give your local class shop a call and ask whats involved and a idea of cost. chances are real good replacing the tank is the better choice.

    is it possible to polish a glass tank up like this to remove scratches?

    The show tanked wasn't intended to teach anybody anything, its a reality show following the company and their aquarium installations.
