This is my first time using this camera so i wasn't the best at focusing, but i hope you enjoyed the video. I have two red eared sliders, three goldies, 4 tiger barbs, 2 flathead minnows, 1 chinese algae eater, 1 dalmation molly, and a couple rosies. I know these fish are not normally kept together especially with turtles but i am proof it works. I have very healthy and happy fish and turtles. The turtles have no interest in the fish and all of the fish coexist well together. I keep the tank at approx 72 to 73 degrees and i overfilter but that is almost necessary with goldies and turtles. ReplyDeleteRES do normally eat fish, but ive raised these guys their whole life with fish, so they dont have much of an interest in them. I do see them sometimes chasing them, but my fish are fast, and the turtles never get em haha. They give up after a 2 second chase
ReplyDeleteDon't the RES turtles eat the fish? I have some and I fed them some kind of freshwater fish (that's not a tropical nor a goldfish!).
