OPEN BOTTOM FISH AQUARIUM DAY ONE

WHY I NEED AN OPEN BOTTOM TANK ??? If I have an upright fish tank of this size and height it will be very difficult to clean or to remove dirt from the bottom of the tank. And to clean these three huge tank will be a problem with an UPRIGHT tank, Water changing is another problem. The advantages of this OPEN BOTTOM concept is cleaning is easy and changing of water is not require as water is circulated with the water from the pond. The water is continuously flowing below these tank and the fish is also healthier and live longer. The height of ONE meter and above also allows the fish more space to move freely. Fish can also move between the two tank from the opening at the bottom of the tank.. The only problem is I need to feed the fish every day !!!!! One of the things often overlooked when buying fish for your aquarium is the depth that fish prefer. Fish can generally be classified as top dwellers, middle dwellers or bottom dwellers. If you stock up too many fish of bottom dweller, they will start competing for space and they may end up with stressed. Besides territorial issues, choosing a variety of fish that prefer different levels will give you a more attractive aquarium by not leaving other parts of the tank vacant. TOP DWELLERS Many aquarium decorations such as plants and ornaments sit on the substrate. If you dont have floating plants, the upper level could appear quite sparse and barren. Introducing top dwelling fish will add movement and color to the top level of ...

  8. oh and that was not a fish, it was a leaf. Its impossible for a fish to have jumped out because the Aquariums are sealed at the top.

  9. they are open bottom Aquariums, the fish can swim out the bottom, into the pond, where it can then swim up into another aquarium if it wants to.

  19. I love how no one answers how it works. if you put a hose from the top of the "bubbles and water" out n down to the pool at the bottom and put a pump on it, and the pump never comes out of the water it sucks the air n water around in a circle. and if power goes out so does the bubbles. which restarts when power comes back on. just like the gravel filter hose works. You know when you loose prime, you just suck it with your lips a bit and get it going again. the pump on the bottom is your lips.
